I’m not sure what happened, but the seal broke way too fast... I expected it to hold up longer than it did...

It tasted fresh when it finally showed up, so no complaints there. Shipping was a bit slow though, and I’ll admit I was starting to get a little suspicious about whether it was actually on the way.

I really liked the flavor overall, it had a nice balance and was enjoyable. A few bites were a bit too salty for me, but it was still good and I’d try it again

I really like these pretzels when they’re fresh, but it’s kind of a gamble. One order was crunchy and tasted great, then the next one seemed stale and some pieces were way too salty. For the price, I expected them to be a lot more consistent. I also wasn’t really sure what the next step was supposed to be if I had an issue, like whether to contact someone or just leave it alone, which was frustrating. They’re not terrible, but I wouldn’t call them reliable either

I ordered a box from pretzels.com they were really good!!! They tasted fresh and the flavors were super tasty!!! A couple of pieces were a little broken in the bag, but nothing too bad. Shipping was fine too, not crazy fast, but not a big deal!!! I’m definitely planning to order again and maybe try a different mix next time!!!

I’ve ordered from pretzels the pretzels themselves are really good. Shipping was fine too, so no complaints there. But the availability is starting to become a real issue for me. A few of the flavors I actually wanted were out of stock, and when I check back later, it feels like the same thing keeps happening. At first I just figured it was bad timing, but now it’s getting annoying. It’s not a bad site at all, but if customers can’t reliably buy the flavors they’re looking for, that’s something they really need to fix.

This helped me check dairy ingredients way faster than I usually can on my own. I’ve tried reading labels by myself or looking things up separately, and this made it feel a lot easier and less stressful.

The pretzels tasted really fresh, and I liked that the ingredients seemed simple without feeling overly processed. i probably would’ve enjoyed them even more if I hadn’t opened the bag right before dinner, so that was bad timing on my part. Still, they were good, and I’d buy them again if the next bag is just as fresh.

I tried placing an order, but for some reason I couldn’t even get through the whole process?? Not really sure what went wrong, but it was frustrating...

I was disappointed when this showed up because the box was completely smashed and definitely not something I could give as a gift. I even double-checked my order email/receipt to make sure it was the right item, but the packaging just arrived in rough shape.

These pretzels were really good, fresh, salty, crunchy, all the things you want. I only meant to have a few, then suddenly I looked down and had eaten way more than planned. Not mad about it though. They had that nice snap to them, and yeah, I’d definitely get them again.

Like, I’d check my inbox, see nothing, then hours later get a short message that didn’t really address the thing I asked about. The small details were what made it frustrating too, I had already explained the order number and what was wrong, but it felt like they weren’t actually reading it carefully. In the end, nothing really got solved.

It was definitely sweet enough, maybe even a little too sweet for my taste. I kind of felt ignored though, like my preference didn’t really matter, so the whole experience was just okay.

The Pretzels.com themselves tasted good and still seemed fresh, so that part was totally fine. But the box showed up beat up, and one of the bags was kinda squished open a bit. There were crumbs all over inside the shipping box, which was annoying. I might order them again, but I’d really hope they pack them better next time. I really liked that they had gluten-free and vegan options, not just the usual pretzels. Some of the flavors were a little pricey, though. Still, it was nice to have snack choices that actually fit my diet
